eight below

Saw the movie "eight below" the other night. my goodness.
Its a great movie but so very sad. I think that i must have cried for like half the movie. it is an incredible story of survival, hope and love. I dont think that many people could get through that movie without crying.
Even though i cried alot, I loved it!

back to college today, after 5 days off.
muay thai tonight - mmm... busy week ahead.

my first entry

This is my first entry into my new blog.

I am hoping to maintain a happy blog that challenges me and everybody else out there to adjust our attitudes to be happy most of the time.
How do i propose to do this? ... I still am unsure myself, but hey, I'm going to try. thats worth something right?

so.. that said.
lets all be happy and make every day count. this world would be a whole lot better if everybody just relaxed and tried to be happy!! Imagine if 80% of the ppl we dealt with were happy... life would be much easier.
But until then, we got to start by being happy.

so thats my message!
